Troubleshooting ⌄
I/ If the CRMX range doesn’t meet your expectations:
- Obstacles between the Steady Node’s antennas and the fixtures reduce CRMX range.
- Numerous transmissions from other devices on the 2.4GHz frequency reduce range.
- Verify that your antennas are not damaged and that they are screwed tight.
- Position the antennas perpendicular to the direction of the fixtures you want to control.
- Extend your Steady Node using a long USB-C to USB-C cable.
- Use two Moonlights, one in RX, the other in TX to repeat the CRMX signal.
